Domain Registration Agreement

This Domain Registration Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the registration, renewal, transfer and management of domain names purchased through IDONCLOUD, operated by IDON DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, UNIPESSOAL LDA.

By registering or managing a domain name through IDONCLOUD, you agree to this Agreement in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Domain Registration

Domain registration requests are submitted to the appropriate domain registry or accredited registrar.

Submission of an order does not guarantee successful registration. A domain name is only considered registered after confirmation by the applicable registry.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Keeping registrant contact details up to date.
• Ensuring that the requested domain does not infringe the rights of third parties.
• Complying with the policies of the applicable registry and registrar.

Providing false or misleading registration information may result in suspension or cancellation of the domain.

3. Renewals

Domain names are registered for fixed registration periods.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds or valid payment methods are available for renewal.

Failure to renew a domain before its expiration date may result in:

• Domain expiration.
• Suspension of associated services.
• Redemption fees imposed by the registry.
• Permanent loss of the domain name.

IDONCLOUD cannot guarantee recovery of expired domain names.

4. Domain Transfers

Domain transfers are subject to:

• Registry rules.
• Registrar policies.
• Applicable ICANN regulations (where applicable).

Customers are responsible for providing valid authorization codes (Auth/EPP Codes) and completing any required verification procedures.

5. WHOIS Information

Certain registries require publication of registrant information through WHOIS or similar registration databases.

Where privacy protection services are available, customers may choose to enable them if supported by the relevant registry.

IDONCLOUD does not control registry requirements regarding public registration data.

6. Registry Policies

All domain registrations remain subject to the policies, rules and requirements established by the relevant registry, registrar or governing authority.

These policies may change without prior notice.

Customers agree to comply with all applicable registry requirements.

7. Domain Suspension or Cancellation

A domain name may be suspended, transferred or cancelled where required by:

• Applicable law.
• Court orders.
• Registry policies.
• ICANN policies (where applicable).
• Competent authorities.
• Proven trademark or legal disputes.

IDONCLOUD will comply with lawful requests received from the relevant authorities or registries.

8. Limitation of Liability

IDONCLOUD shall not be liable for:

• Failed registrations.
• Registration delays.
• Registry system failures.
• Domain expiration due to non-payment.
• Loss of business arising from domain suspension or cancellation by a registry or registrar.

9. Changes

This Agreement may be updated from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

Continued use of domain registration services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

1. Registration Obligations

When you register a domain through our services, you become the legal owner of that domain, provided you adhere to the terms of this agreement and any applicable laws. You have the right to use, transfer, and renew the domain as long as you meet the requirements of domain registrars and relevant governing bodies.

3. Renewals and Transfers

You are responsible for renewing your domain registration before it expires. Failure to renew in a timely manner may result in the loss of the domain. Transfers to another registrar may be subject to certain conditions and fees. You are encouraged to review the terms of domain transfers as outlined by your chosen registrar.

4. WHOIS Information

As required by domain registrars and relevant authorities, your WHOIS information (including name, email, and address) will be publicly available in the domain registry. You can choose to use privacy protection services to hide some of this information, but certain details must remain accessible for legal and administrative purposes.

5. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from domain ownership, registration, or usage will be subject to the dispute resolution policies of the relevant domain registrar and applicable laws. You agree to abide by these policies and to address any disputes through the designated processes provided by the registrar.

6. Termination

This agreement may be terminated if you violate its terms or engage in activities that jeopardize domain integrity or reputation. Termination may result in the loss of domain ownership and registration. We reserve the right to take necessary actions to protect our services and the broader online community.

7. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Domain Registration Agreement to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting a notice on our website. It's your responsibility to review this agreement periodically to ensure compliance with our terms.
